Crazy Cake
This cake is crazy easy and crazy good. Crazy Cake was popular during the great depression as it has no eggs or milk, and is popular today for the same reason. Great cake for those (like James) with allergies to milk and/or eggs. This was the last piece left, everyone loved how moist and delicious this Crazy Cake was!
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 c sugar
- 6 TB cocoa
- 2tso baking soda 1 stp salt
Mix above ingredients together with a fork.
- Add 2 TB white vinegar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil2 cups water
Directions
Mix well until all is moistened. Do not heat. Bake in ungreased 9x13pan at 350°FThis is a great cake for those allergic to nuts and/or eggs and milk.
Jana always frosts it with a vanilla powdered sugar frosting.
